Tasheel Post: Architecting a Scalable, End-to-End Customer Experience

Project Overview


Tasheel Post is a dual-interface parcel delivery and pickup application designed to simplify logistics operations for individuals, organizations, and delivery drivers. The app enables users to create parcel requests, track shipments, view billing history, and contact parcel hubs — while drivers can manage assigned deliveries, pick up and drop off parcels, and verify each task with photo proof.

Challenge:

Existing courier apps often lack transparency for customers and efficiency for drivers. Users struggle to track deliveries accurately, while drivers face unclear task management and routing inefficiencies.

System solution:

I created a Master UI/UX Design System to standardize the platform's vast component needs (login, forms, status alerts, payment modules). This system ensured pixel-perfect consistency across over 50 unique screens, simplifying complex user journeys like multi-step registration and service booking. The systematic approach drastically reduced design debt and accelerated handoff to the engineering team.
