The client needed to migrate critical user functions (shipment booking, tracking, account management) from legacy channels into a single, high-performance mobile application. The challenge was maintaining clarity across dozens of screens and complex forms.
System solution:
I created a Master UI/UX Design System to standardize the platform's vast component needs (login, forms, status alerts, payment modules). This system ensured pixel-perfect consistency across over 50 unique screens, simplifying complex user journeys like multi-step registration and service booking. The systematic approach drastically reduced design debt and accelerated handoff to the engineering team.
