
Tasheel Post Driver App: Optimizing Complex Field Logistics
Designed a robust, mission-critical mobile application that streamlined all driver logistics (pickup, delivery, returns, and proof-of-delivery), drastically reducing errors and maximizing fleet operational efficiency.
Challenge:
The client needed a flawless, zero-error operational tool for field agents to manage dynamic routes, multiple scanning events, and secure proof-of-delivery (signatures/photos). The app had to be extremely fast and intuitive, even under stressful, time-sensitive conditions.
System solution:
I created a Master UI/UX Design System to standardize the platform's vast component needs (login, forms, status alerts, payment modules). This system ensured pixel-perfect consistency across over 50 unique screens, simplifying complex user journeys like multi-step registration and service booking. The systematic approach drastically reduced design debt and accelerated handoff to the engineering team.
